PROGRAMS

CrossFit is the premier fitness program started in California USA in 2000. Since then the “sport of fitness” has grown to over 15,000 boxes (gyms) globally. CrossFit Amatak opened its doors as the first and only CrossFit facility in Cambodia in 2014.

Our program is for people serious about getting into the best shape of their life. We blend traditional weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and interval training into 1-hour classes taught by the best coaches in the country. This is all done in a supportive, diverse community environment.

What to Expect:

Whether you are trying to lose fat, gain muscle, have more energy at work, complement your sport training or just trying to perform better at the sport of life, CrossFit is for you. We welcome all fitness levels and will ease you into our routine. We recommend beginning with at least 3 sessions a week and working towards 5 as your fitness improves (rest and recovery are important!).

  • Constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement designed to prepare you for anything life throws at you
  • 60-minute classes with structured warm-up, strength/skill/gymnastics work, and a daily “WOD” (workout of the day)
  • Class cap of 13-18 people (depending on if two classes run concurrently) ensuring personalized attention
  • Diverse traditional and non-traditional equipment including: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rope climbs, tire drags, sled pushes, rowing, skiing machines, bodyweight movements and running through Toul Tom Pong traffic
  • CrossFit certified coaches who will adjust movements and weights to your level
  • The most supportive community in the country that will always help you do your best and go further than you thought you could

New members are encouraged to take the CrossFit On-Ramp Foundations Class to learn proper movement patterns

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is our introductory program for those taking their first step back into fitness or looking to get a solid foundation before moving on to CrossFit. For less experienced members, we recommend Bootcamp for one to two months before progressing to CrossFit.
 

What to Expect:

  • A general fitness program designed to help you take those first steps into a new lifestyle
  • 45-minute classes with Level 1 CrossFit certified coaches, capped at 10 people per class for personalized attention
  • Introduction to high-intensity, constantly varied, functional movements in a supportive environment
  • Basic strength work using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight movements (no barbells)
  • Progressive preparation that gets you ready for CrossFit when you’re comfortable and confident
  • All fitness levels welcome with modifications provided for every movement
